Founded in 2021, Missed Opts Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, whose focus is to provide statewide re-entry coordination, re-entry coaching, peer coaching and mentoring, into its continuum of care. Missed Opts Inc. will pride itself on serving higher risk population including the homeless, men, women, young adults, and with a specific focus on persons from the criminal justice system. Missed Opts Inc. will also pride itself on the cultural diversity of its client population and on its commitment to its core values of embracing the dignity and potential of all people.

Each year, individuals return home from incarceration determined to rebuild their lives—but without the necessary support, many face barriers that lead to recidivism, instability, and continued hardship.
At Missed Opts Inc., we believe that missed opportunities can be transformed into meaningful options. Reclaim & Rebuild (R²) is a trauma-informed, peer-led reentry program designed to reduce recidivism, restore dignity, and build sustainable futures. Through mentorship, housing and employment support, behavioral health coordination, transportation, and family reunification services, we help individuals transition successfully from incarceration to independence.
Our work is grounded in lived experience, supported by clinical insight, and backed by a proven record of impact through partnerships with the Delaware Department of Correction and DSAMH. However, the demand for these services continues to grow—and we need your support to meet it.
